Raw Material for Elastic Rail Clip
Elastic rail clips are made of high quality spring steel bar. Spring steel is used in the manufacture of springs and other elastic parts prominently in automotive and industrial suspension applications. These steels are generally low-alloy Manganese, medium-carbon steel or high-carbon steel with a very high yield strength. Spring steel has excellent comprehensive performance like mechanical properties, performance by the bullet-proof, fatigue, hardenability, physical and chemical properties. The raw materials of elastic rail clip mostly include 55 Si7, 60 Si7, 65 Si7, 55 Si Cr7, 60Si2MnA, 60Si2CrA, 55Si2Mn, and 38Si7 grade of spring steel.

Q: Are you manufacturer or trader?
A:We are manufacturer and trader, company located in Kunshan ,Jiangsu Province, China, about 2 hours take taxi from Shanghai airport.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A:Yes, we offer sample for approval before each order.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: 30% deposit by T/T , balance against B/L copy, Payment term is negotiable based on different order products and quantity.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally 20-30 working days after receiving deposit or the original L/C. Could be re-schedule under really urgent case.
Q:Can we visit your factory?
