Green sand hexagonal sieve use 6x16mm or 8x18mm screens to crush and separate bigger clay sands(>4-5mm) into smaller size.

Rotating sieve is hexagonal size. Inlet side is bigger and higher and outlet side is smaller and lower. Thus, 30-40% used sands go into sieve.

Green sand hexagonal sieve is used for crushing and separation, also can mix and cool used sands.
