For processing some large complex workpiece, the wide worktable size will be better, and the maximum bearing weight of the workbench is also up to 900kg. Both three axis are using High precision roller type guideway, which with the characteristics of heavy cutting rigidity of hard guideway and fast movement and low wear of linear guideway, the rigidity and control are greatly improved. The Integrated bearing block is also using on this machine, which can effectively improve the overall rigidity of the axial system and effectively avoid the rotation deformation of the screw. At the same time, the oil and water separation of the base design can be greatly prolong the service life of the chip fluid and reducing the cost and meet the requirements of environmental protection requirement.
