Intense pneumatic tire for ship lifting, loading and floating was widely used in cargo boat launching and landing, clog lifting and moving, sunken ships salvaging and stranded boats saving. It has the features of not only labor and strength saving, but also time and investment saving; Additionally it is flexible, secure and dependable.
The technology of appllying pneumatic tire to the launching and landing of ships overcomes the restrictions of traditional slide board technology which is commonly used in building small or medium size ships. After years of practice and accumulation of experience, we have developed this technology from facilitating the launching of only 100 ton ships to current 7000 ton ships. And now this technology has become into a flexible, promising, secure and mature technology.
A. For each 4-layer and 1.5 meter*15meter (D*L) highstrength pneumatic tire for ship launching, the natural rubber content is not less than 51%, the framework material is 1260D/1type with breaking strength 217N per filament. The pneumatic tire can safely hold 156 tons and its safe work pressure is 0.08MPa while rolling. When standing still, its largest lifting pressure is 0.10 MPa and can hold 194 tons.
B. For each 6-layer and 1.5 meter*15meter (D*L) highstrength pneumatic tire for ship launching, the natural rubber content is not less than 51%, the framework material is 1260D/1type with breaking strength 217N per filament. The pneumatic tire can safely hold 234 tons and its safe work pressure is 0.12MPa while rolling. When standing still, its largest lifting pressure is 0.14 MPa and can hold 272 tons.
