1.What's the neccessary information should be provide before purchasing an elevator?
How many people loading? (6persons means 450kg, 8persons means 630kg, 10persons means 800kg,13persons means 1000kg etc.)
2.What advantages your elevators have?
We use the best parts for our elevators, gearless motor , door operator, control system from Monarch or STEP etc.

3.What about price level?
Our price is competitive in market. We work goods quality as the word famous brand , but our price is much lower than theirs, however, we want to make good enough elevator and escalator, so we use the best parts from the best suppliers to guarantee the quality.

4.How to do the elevator installation and maintenance?
Normally, local people can do that job with our provided manuals and technology support. You can ask the local professional elevator engineers or technician to install elevators for you, that's the long time solution.
5.How to do for passengers when elevator power is off suddenly?
In case of power failure, elevator stops. The passengers can press the Alarm bell button inside cabin, make the elevator stop in level and open the door. Of course, you can also buy an ARD or UPS device with the elevator, then it can make the elevator stop in level and open the door automatically.
