The unit has the functions of uncoiling, initial straightening, drawing, fine straightening, cutting to length, feeding, polishing or calendering and then straightening, and finished product collection. It is a fully automatic processing equipment that integrates multiple processes, and can process a variety of special-shaped materials, such as hexagonal, square, flat square, round and other profiles.

Uncoiler
It is a device that facilitates taking out the front end of the wire/coil and inserting it into the preparatory straightening section.
Pre-straightening
Preliminary straightening is a device that roughly straightens the wire and sends it to the extrusion die. In order to stabilize the wire after drawing, the stress of the wire is removed before drawing.
Drawing host
Through the rotation of the cam, the drawing trolley is driven to reciprocate, so as to realize the continuous drawing of materials. Choose the appropriate die and jaws according to the size of the material. The stretching process is determined according to different materials.
Fine straightening
The fine straightening machine consists of a length and speed measuring wheel, a horizontal straightening group and a vertical straightening group. The horizontal straightening group and the vertical straightening group are independently powered. Pneumatic pressing of length and speed measuring wheels
CNC cutting
The CNC shearing machine is a fixed-length, speed-following, hydraulic shearing equipment.
FeederBOx
The cut material is automatically sent to the polishing machine.
Polisher
The polishing machine is composed of a frame, an adjustable throwing disc, a fixed throwing disc, a straightening cylinder, a blade and a polishing oil tank. 2 pairs (4 pieces) of polishing discs are used to grind the surface of the metal bars, and 7 nozzles are used to straighten the metal bars. Makes the metal rods brighter and straighter.
Vertical two-roller machine
It has the functions of straightening and calendering, and the surface grinding and straightening of the metal bar are carried out by the upper and lower two convex and concave rollers. The characteristic is that the pressing amount of the roller can be adjusted automatically, which can improve the straightness of the metal bar again. The vertical two-roller machine produced by Foye Machinery cannot be imitated by others.
Receiving rack
A device that brings together metal bars produced from a combined drawing machine. Our company has put a lot of effort into avoiding scratches on the metal bars here.
Electric cabinet
The combined drawing machine is a multifunctional fully automated production line. The control is divided into the main control cabinet for drawing (control of cutting, pre-straightening before drawing, drawing, intermediate straightening, cutting (hydraulic power), pinch, etc.) Station) point distribution: drawing, cutting, vertical two-roller machine. There are emergency stop buttons at each point. The devices are interlocked with each other. The production line has three modes of operation: manual, automatic and pause. The control voltage is DC24V.
