The function can accurately simulate the actual production conditions and achieve the required process effect. It is suitable for dyeing samples of various fabrics at room temperature, and can easily add salt, alkali and other auxiliaries during the dyeing process. Specially designed for laboratory use, the temperature of adding water can reach 98 ºC, which can simulate the actual working conditions, with high reproducibility and computer constant temperature control system. Product Parameters
The whole machine is made of high quality stainless steel 304 sheet.
Equipped with a precision heating system, a PT-100 thermocouple, and a programmable temperature control computer (with heating rate).
The medium is water, and the maximum temperature is 99°C. The liquor ratio is 1:5-1:20.
Equipped with Taiwan imported motor and governor. Power AS-12 cup is 40W, AS-24 is 60W.
Stainless steel heating tube, power: AS-12 cup is 3KW, AS-24 is 6KW.
The way of clamping the cup is cup claw or spring structure. 12 or 24 250cc glass triangular beakers can be placed arbitrarily.
Also available for 500cc triangular beakers, AS-12 can be placed 6, AS-24 can be placed 15.
