The spreader of this project is QSDSS20-000 electric spreader, the electric control form is point-to-point, and each action of the spreader is electric. The retractable positions of the spreader are 20 'and 40'; the twistlock mechanism is mechanically interlocked and driven by motor. Each spreader has two sets of twistlock pin mechanisms at the end for lifting the container; the fixed guide plate device is used on the four corners of the spreader. The spreader can handle 20 foot and 40 foot containers complying with ISO standards. The rated lifting capacity of the spreader is 20t, and 4 lifting lugs are set at the end beam. Each lifting lug has a rated lifting capacity of 5t, which can be used for loading and unloading damaged containers or non container bulk cargo.The electric single box spreader mainly includes the following parts: the main structure of the bottom beam, the structure of the expansion beam, the cable conveying device, the expansion drive mechanism, the guide plate mechanism, the end pin twistlock mechanism, the electrical system, etc. the above mechanisms are combined through different actions to complete the container loading and unloading operations under different working conditions.

Electric telescopic spreader steel construction
Steel structure of QSHI's spreader is completely sealed and made from high-strength structural steel imported from abroad.Its main structure is composed of the main structure of the bottom beam and the expansion beam.The expansion beam structure is nested in two box girders of the main structure of the bottom beam. Under the action of the expansion driving force, it can slide in the box girder.The main structural parts of the spreader are all welded automatically, and the welding of structural parts is completed on the tooling jig, so that the welding quality can be guaranteed, and the requirements can be guaranteed without correction after welding.
Electric telescopic spreader floating twist-lock and its driving device
The twist-lock pin of QSHI spreader adopts suspension support mode. The spherical bearing surface acts on the concave spherical surface, and it is allowed to swing within a certain range. In this way, it can not only ensure that the twist-lock bears pure tension when lifting the container, but also make it easier for the twist-lock to be inserted into the corner fitting hole on the container. This floating type twist-lock pin installation mode can handle slightly deformed containers.
Telescopic drive and friction reduction device
"Telescopic drive mechanism" consists of roller chain, push rod, sprocket, etc.
The telescopic action of the spreader is realized by the drive chain of the reduction motor. When the telescopic beam reaches the 20 'or 40' position, the limit switch sends a signal and causes the motor to lose power. At the same time, the motor brake is effectively braked to stop the expansion. At this time, the cab displays the telescopic / contraction length of the spreader. There is a set of tensioning device on both sides of the telescopic drive chain, which can make the drive chain absorb part of the impact energy from the telescopic direction.
A friction reducing block is arranged between the sliding surface of the expansion beam and the box beam. When the expansion beam moves, it slides on it, which greatly reduces the friction resistance when the expansion beam moves. This kind of friction reducing material has high strength and can bear the extrusion and impact load twistlocked from the expansion beam to the box beam in the operation.
