PEC-3000 rotary die board laser cutting machine adopts seal Co2 laser as the light source. It is equipped with advanced NC system which provides precision motion control for import equalizing dual-rail.
The dedicated laser cutting software has complete functions, good compatibility, friendly interface which makes it easy to be operated with.
This rotary die board laser cutting machine got a number of patents. With reasonable power, the usage and maintenance cost will be greatly reduced. It is modern equipment of the mold manufacture for printing and packaging industry.
Product Features
1. The laser head of this rotary die cutting machine has an automatic focusing function to solve the problem of unevenness of large template and round die board.
2. With double laser heads, the rotary die cutting machine can cut bidirectionally cutting from top and bottom at the same time, with high cutting efficiency, also assure the cutting seam to be straight.
3. Adopt Japan's imported Panasonic servo motor and Taiwan imported linear guide rail, ball screw drive system, equipped with the professional software developed by Perfect Laser, to ensure more stable performance of this die board laser cutter.
4. This rotary die cutting machine support CorelDraw, Auto-CAD, Photo-shop and other operating software, HPGL, PLT, AI, DXF and other file types to meet diverse design needs.
5. Compared with ordinary flat die board laser cutting machines, this rotary die cutting machine is faster and more cost-effective, and is more suitable for cutting large carton tamplates.
