Product Description APPLICATION: Autoclaves are for sterilizing widely used in medical product that need to be sterilized
PRINCIPLE:As a type of high pressure sterilizer, it takes steam as its sterilization medium which is fast, safe and economic.
Product Features:
1.Basic structure:
A: The shell case is made of high temperature thermoplastic material with outstanding impact resistance and stainless steel.
B: The pot body of sterilizer is made of food grade stainless steel(304)
C: The lid opening and closing device adopts the lever type multi-link synchronous telescopic structure,which makes the lid and the pot body open and close flexible and light,safe and reliable.
2.Control and operation
The console uses the LCD window graphic dynamic display,the whole sterilization process is controlled by microcomputer display and automatic cycle control,and the machine stops automatically after the end of sterilization (alarm)
3.Function description
A:It has a one-button sterilization function selection,which can make a quick and clear choice based on different items.
B:With air-cooled chilling device to ensure that the pot body is quickly cooled at the end of sterilization,thus reducing the time to open the lid.
C:Automatic fault detection and judgment system is in place.
D:The full-automatic control model has the function of discharging the low temperature air and steam internal exhaust and exhausting steam when sterilization procedure ends.
4.Safety device
A:Adopt the safety interlock structure of electrical and mechanical interaction to ensure that the interlock device locks the lid handle when there is pressure in the pot to avoid opening the lid when there is pressure in the pot .
B:Double protection system with the mechanical safety relief valve and electronically controlled over voltage protective device.
C:It has heater anti-drying protection function and leakage protection system.
