MKL (double column) 654 vertical CNC grinder
1, Main purpose of the machine tool
The machine can grind the inner circle, inner taper hole, step hole, inner end face, outer circle and outer end face of the work piece. The grinding cycle is automatically completed (including automatic feeding, automatic dressing of grinding wheel, automatic compensation, automatic rough grinding, fine grinding and automatic withdrawal).
2, Structure of the machine
1. The machine bed is made of wear-resistant cast iron, with good thermal stability and strong rigidity.
2. This machine is a three-axis two linkage CNC vertical (double column) compound grinder.
3. The machine tool adopts totally closed cover with mist absorption device. Rotary operation box.
4. The layout of the machine tool adopts the working mode of integral column type, horizontal integral feeding of sliding plate (x-axis), up and down reciprocating motion of double grinding frame (Z1, Z2 grinding wheel axes).
5. The rotating table is used for loading and unloading the work piece with the electric permanent magnet chuck, and other forms of clamps can be configured according to the differences of the user's work piece.
The machine tool can be equipped with on-line measuring instrument to realize full closed-loop dimension control.
