I. Description of two stage crusher:
Two stage crusher can crush glass, mineral ores, metal, clay, small stones, and pebbles and so on.
This innovation crusher has no screen mesh, can process any moisture materials, not blockage, easy discharge, low abrasion on the head hammer. The Tandem Double Rotors can break the materials twice. After the materials are broken by the first rotor, the second rotor re-breaks them and they impact each other. The fine products discharge directly.
II. Features of two stage crusher:
•1. Two-stage crushing with double rotors, large capacity, output size is below 3mm, the size below 2mm takes over 80%.
•2. No screen and grate, no blocking for wet material.
•3. With hammer head and bearings, the output size can be controlled in any time.
•4. Double-axle and double-flywheel move smoothly, saving electricity more over 20%.
•5. Centralized lubrication system, one-step operation, and multiple injection of oil.
•6. Hydraulic turn-on off enclosure, changing hammer and maintaining are more efficiency.
