First step Medical gauze winding machine
Gauze winder is made up by unwinding frame,tension weftframe,winding machine ,A type frame and electric controlsystem.
Unwinding frame have adjusting device,can adjust thetension of the fabric two side edge and the fabric width,tomake in same tension and width.All the roller which touch the fabric is made by S.S materialand adopt New self-compensation electric edge absorberThe meter counting device can set the length ratio accordingto the elongation requirement and is used to record thenumber of rolls.
Second step Hydraulic turning device
Hydraulic turning device is made up by over turn frame,.hydraulic station and electric control systemAll the roller which touch the fabric is made by S.S material andadopt New self-compensation electric edge absorber,The process of over turn is safe and stable.
Third step Medical gauze bleaching machine(Horizinal or Vertical type)
Imported centrifugal pump for high efficiency and highperformance.
Efficient external heat exchanger for improved heatingefficiency.
Automatic control of water ingress, drainage, heating, cooling.etc., shortens the process time.Optional YNS series automatic feeding system.The main pump adopts frequency conversion control, and theflow rate can be adjusted arbitrarily, which saves energyconsumption during load shedding and starting.Optional central monitoring management system.Efficient cleaning system reduces cleaning time and reduceswater consumption.
Use air cushion technology to achieve a low bath ratio of 1:4.
Fourth step Dewatering
The vacuum dewatering machine performs effectivedehydration without changing the state of the gauze, and theoperation is safe and reliable, so that the moisture content inthe cloth is greatly reduced, thereby improving the dryingspeed, saving steam and electric energy, and improving workefficiency (drying speed can be improved 20%-25%).The gauze (or non-woven fabric) will be vacuum-pumped, thenthe moisture content inside and outside is uniform, which willnot cause a bias phenomenon, so that the dryer runs smoothlyand reduces the probability of breaking.After dewatering, the weight of the cloth roll is reduced, whichreduces the delamination of the cloth surface caused by the A-shaped frame pushing the cloth guide roller to the cloth roll,and can greatly reduce the delamination and delaminationduring the drying process.
Fifth step drying machine
The gauze dryer has an A-frame, a feed frame, a flat washingtank,a two-roll rolling machine, a barrel baking,a windingmachine and a control system.The whole machine adopts frequency converter to control theline speed synchronization of each section, and finely adjuststhe pendulum type elastic frame to ensure that the cloth isalways running under constant tension.Equipped with an advanced winding machine to ensure that thecloth is curled up neatly (within one side within ±3 mm). Themaximum diameter of the roll is 680mm.The parts in contact with the gauze are made of stainless steel.
