Split solar hot water heating system with heat pipe solar thermal collectors This system is specially designed for household, villa . It consists of followed parts: heat pipe solar collector, storage water tank , solar working station , expansion vessel.
Specialty:
Collector separate with water tank, system works by pump circulation. Automatic controlling system, reliable operation, supply constant water temperature. Water tank can put anywhere inside house, avoid gradual rust and last long lifetime. Collector can be installed wherever available like balcony, wall, roof etc., Easy and convenient installation and operation, unified with the building completely.
Working Principle:
Adopt the temperature difference circulation, controller operates whole system automatically.
1. Pump will start circulation when temperature difference between collector and water reaches the set value.
2. Pump will stop circulation once the temperature difference lower than set value.
3. The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically
4. The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to the water tank by copper heat exchanger.
5. Assistant heating element will start if hot water does not reach set value.
