The gypsum powder production line of which the material is natural gypsum, are equipped with many advanced technological equipment in domestic and foreign such as material averaging device, double-grade crushing system, plate type conveyor, vertical mill, Ramon mill, gypsum boiling kiln, cooling machine and waste heat recycling system, ect. The boiling kiln is widely used in our nation with the advantages of small, simple, great output, small occupied area, easy control, perfect gypsum microstructure, stable physical properties and low running cost. It has been sold to Thailand, Uzbekistan, Columbia and Mexico along with our production line.

Quality Standard

The quality of building gypsum is in accordance with Chinese National Standard "Gypsum Powder" (GB9776-2000), and should meet the following requirements:

Crushing section


The gypsum rocks with grain size less than 350mm are sent to the receiving hopper via wheel loader, and then fed into the hammer crusher through feeder. The grain size of the gypsum after primary crushing is 25mm. The broken gypsum is conveyed to the 50 m3 hopper via bucket elevator.
One bag filter is installed in this section to avoid flying of gypsum dust in the course of production, so as to ensure clean and healthy production environment.
The mill section

The grinding section adopts vertical mill grinding. The vertical mill is energy efficient, versatile new grinding equipment. It has the following advantages: High efficiency, low power consumption, large drying capacity, easy to adjust product fineness, particle size uniformly, easy to control chemical composition, low noise, small metal wear, less dust, simple process system, small area covering, saving investment …etc.

Calcining section
Crushed gypsum stones are fed into the rotary kiln evenly through screw conveyor. The gypsum directly connects with hot air and the hot air transfer the heat to the gypsum. The gypsum absorbs the heat and block of part of crystal water then become calcined gypsum (POP). The construction gypsum through screw conveyor and bucket elevator is sent into separator. The exhausted gas out of rotary kiln contains large amount of gypsum powder, after bag dust collector purification, the gypsum powder get into silo and the exhausted gas into the air.
Finish production

The calcined gypsum powder will be conveyed to the storage silo by the elevator.
