The cable conduit developed by our company is composed of an outer braided layer, a middle winding layer, and an inner braided layer that are soaked in resin and then cured at high temperatures; When you need a larger outer diameter and thicker thickness, our company can add an additional layer of weaving and wrapping to the outer weaving layer and middle winding layer to meet your requirements. ,Our company has professional strength testing machines that can ensure that every fiberglass cable conduit produced meets the testing standards.The connection between fiberglass cable conduits relies on straight through, rubber rings, and pipe pillows. Our company can provide corresponding models of pipe pillows, rubber rings, and two-way connectors for each fiberglass cable conduit.
Production process
FRP Pultrusion production is a continous production process to produce fiberglass reinforcedpolymer proflesof any length and contstant section.Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving,con.tinous mat,woven robing,carbonor others. The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix(resin,minerals,pigments,additives) and passedthrough a pre-foming station that producesthe stratifcation necessary to give the profle the desiredproperties.After the pre-formingstep,the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die topolymerize the resin.

If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
