1. This machine tool is a mobile gantry double-spindle gantry drilling machine, which is a high-efficiency machine tool.
2. The machine tool consists of a fixed workbench, left and right bed, left and right columns, cross beam, double carriage, double ram, cooling system, protection system, lubrication system, chip removal system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and control system. , in which the left and right columns and cross beams form a moving gantry frame. The cross beam is fixed in the Z direction. The gantry frame moves horizontally along the guide rail in the X direction. The two carriages are installed on the cross beam and move left and right along the cross beam guide rail in the Y direction. The two rams Perform vertical movement in the Z direction on the two carriages respectively.
3. The X and Y axes of the machine tool adopt a rolling guide structure, and the Z axis adopts a sliding guide structure. The crossbeam uses anti-deformation technology to ensure Y-axis straightness during machine tool processing. The ram adopts hydraulic balancing technology.
4. In order to improve processing efficiency, the machine tool has a stable and reliable internal and external cooling system function. The water for internal cooling of the spindle is discharged from the center of the spindle. The maximum flow rate of the internal cooling of the spindle is 20L/min and the pressure is 20bar; the maximum flow rate of the external cooling of the spindle is 75L/min and the pressure is 3bar.
