Thermo-press machine is one of the cores of the production, it determines the quality of the floor tile and the processing is not easy for adjusting. Also the worker must be experienced. Stacking the sheets is a skill-demanding work. The speed of the sheets stacking can leave a great impact on the production and the producing rate. There are several sheets which are compulsory: PET sheet, Canvas sheet, wearing layer, printed film and also base layer.
