Automatic rubber deflashing machine uses the principle of aerodynamics and centrifugal force to deflash rubber products and rubber products. It is suitable for all silicone rubber, rubber, natural rubber, fluorine rubber and other rubber miscellaneous parts. Can be directly dismantled to mold rubber products, such like O-rings, rubber plugs, rubber particles, Y-rings, gaskets, solid irregular-shaped parts, and miscellaneous parts (diameter of 2-150mm) . With high quality & efficiency, it could perfectly replace traditional manual deflashing works.

2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.

3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.
4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
