5-Layer/7-Layer Co-Extruder Machine
Shantou Designer Precise Machinery used three or five extruder structure,suitable in Pp, PS, EVOH,Tie and other material production, if PP/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PP structure,EVOH layer separated oxygen layer, can extended packaging quality period.
The extruder equipped with gear pump quantitative transmission, and with the Inaly Dynisco pressure sensor, pressure and extruder rev closed-loop control.
Five layer feed box , using flow and the leaves space technology, make layered more uniformly, never fault after molding drive plug assist.
Independent power system, and used straight conjunction drive to improve transmission efficiency.
Used PLC Control, the actual parameter setting, data and the feedback operation, the alarm and other functions of automation.
