Product Description
The waste plastic recycling granulating machine / plastic pelletizing machine could recycle different kinds and shapes of waste platic, such as PE film agricultural film, industrial film, shopping bags, PP woven bags, jumbo bags, plastic pipe, injected parts, ABS, PET PC, etc. The machine will melt the waste plastic and produce plastic granules ( pellets) as final products. The recycled plastic granules (pellets) could be used as raw material to reproduce plastic film, bags, pipes, bottles, etc.
According to different kinds and shape of plastic, we have different model machines to recycle. Such as clean industrial waste plastic, we could use single stage granulating machine. For washed plastic and higher output, we could use double stange / double rank (mother-baby type) granulating machine. If the waste plastic is dirty, we shall clean them before granulating. We also could supply plastic crushing and washing machines.
For soft plastic, such as film, bags and foils, we could use compactor feeding design. For hard and rigid plastic, such as lump scraps, pipes scraps, bottle and drum flakes, etc, we could use force feeder.
Our plastic granulating machine has different output, range from 100kg/h to 1000kg/h.

Belt conveyor with metal detector
Function: Feeding raw material into compactor. The feeding speed is adjustable. The metal detector could detect any metal and stop the belt conveyor and alarm, till take out the metal.
Compactor
Function: The baldes rotate in high speed and cut the film & bags, and melt them with the friction heat to be solid and feed into the barrel.
The internal layer for the compactor chamber is made of stainless steel. There is water cooling device. The chamber is opened by hydraulic syste, for easy operation. There is also travel swich on the chamber opening place for safety.
Single Screw Extruder
The screw and barrel is made of 38CRMOA1A, with nitriding process for anti-wear. There are heaters on the barrel to melt the plastic. The screw will mix and push the melted plastic go through the screen change and diehead to cut into granules shape.
The vacuum pumps are equipped to take out the moisture from the barrel. This will guarantee the final granules are solid and without air bubble.
Screen Changer and Water Ring Pelletizer
The non-stop screen changer will filtering dirty material from the plastic. It is driven by hydraulic pump to change screen.
The water ring pelletizer has vertical design and horizontal design. The main parts are made of stainless steel, cutting speed control is by inverter.

Centrifuge Dewatering Machine
Made of stainless steel. Rotating speed 1500RPM. The rotor rotates in high speed, the water on the granules will be removed by the centrifuge force.
The plastic granules will go into the bottom of centrifuge dewatering machine and go out from top.
Vibration Sieve
Made of stainless stee. The function is to remove the bigger and smaller granules, only feed the required size granules into packing silo.
Blower and Cyclone Silo
The pipes and silo are made of stainless steel. The blower will send granules into the silo for packing into bags. The silo outlet height could be made according to requirement.
Control cabinet
To control the complete granulating line. Siemens contactor, Chinese famous brand swiches, ABB Delta inverter and Omron / RKC temperature controller.
