DESCRIPTION
SZG double-tapered rotary vacuum dryer is a new generation drying apparatus our company developed on the basis of technology of domestic similar products. It uses belt-chain two elastic coupling manner thus it runs smoothly. Specially designed technology fully reflects two good concentric shafts. Heating medium and vacuum system use reliable mechanical seal or US-technology rotary joint, on which basis we have developed SZG-A, with stepless speed regulating and constant temperature control.
As a professional drying equipment factory, we have everything you need, from high temperature thermal oil as heating medium-temperature to medium steam and low-temperature hot water. When drying adhesive materials, we will specially design " shoveling plate" for you or set balls in the tank.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
1) Thermal energy source (such as hot water, low pressure steam or heat-conducting oil) is pumped into sealed interlayer, and the heat is passed to dried materials through inner shell;
2) Under driving of power, the tank rotates slowly, constantly mixing material, so as to achieve strengthened drying;
3) When the materials are in vacuum, vapor pressure drops, making moisture on the material surface saturate and evaporate, and then discharged by vacuum pump and recovered timely. Internal moisture proceeds three ongoing processes of continuously penetrating to the surface, evaporating and being discharge. Materials can reach the purpose of being dried in a short period.
FEATURES
1) Automatic constant temperature control is used when the oil is heating. Biochemical products and raw materials can be dried, in a temperature between 20-160ºC.
2) High thermal efficiency, more than 2 times improvement than average oven.
3) Indirect heating so that the material will not be contaminated. In line with " GMP" requirements. Simple equipment maintenance. Easy to clean.
4) Using recommended resettlement process demonstration solvent to recover resettlement.
APPLICABLE MATERILAS
Concentration, mix and drying of powder, granular materials and fibers of chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, or materials requiring low-temperature drying(such as biological products). More suitable for drying materials which are easily oxidized, volatile, heat-sensitive, strong irritant, toxic or not permitted to destroy its crystals.

A: 15 months after the equipment is arrived at the destination port or 12 months after the installation and commissioning of the equipment, whichever comes first.
2. Q: Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, we do. If on request, we'll provide the guidance of on-site installation and commissioning. Usually one mechanical engineer and one electrical engineer to assist.
3. Q: How about the cost of on-site installation and commissioning guidance?
A: The cost consists of round-trip air tickets, room and board expenses, service cost (labor cost), and site transportation (or directly provided by client), which shall be paid additionally.
4. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
