The EPS Hot Melt Machine is designed to effectively crush and hot melt EPS, XPS, EPE, EPO, and other foam materials. Unlike traditional melt machines, it operates without a heater at the chamber end, offering a more efficient and eco-friendly process.

Traditional lump machines with heaters need approximately 20 minutes to heat the chamber. 2) Produces almost no smoke, ensuring a cleaner working environment. 3) Generates virtually no smell, contributing to a more pleasant workspace. 4) Optional heater available for processing wet foam materials, as it can raise the chamber temperature for more effective melting.
The Foam Heat Melt Equipment is equipped with dual crushing shafts in the hopper for enhanced performance.
