The Grinding wheel dressing machine for diamond / CBN grinding wheel can dress plane side, angle, outer arc and forming grinding wheel, both single and multiple wheels.The machine is not only simple to operate, but also highly accurate.
Product Description
1.Machine tool spindle grinding wheel as a dressing diamond grinding wheel or CBN grinding wheel, the grinding wheel installed on the accessories is used as the dressing grinding wheel.
2.Two directions of the dressing grinding wheel can be adjusted(X axis, Y axis); the dressing grinding wheel has three directions can be adjusted, ( rotating axis A, X 1 and Y 1 ) realize reciprocating swing by Frequency conversion speed regulation.
3.The X1 and Y1 axis can rotate and positioning.
4. the machine is equipped with CCD optical measurement system, grating measurement system, 10 to 100 times amplification system,
and liquid crystal display.
