Product DescriptionThe medical polymer bandage is made of a glass fiber woven base cloth impregnated with moisture-cured polyurethane to form a highly polymerized environmentally friendly substance.Orthopedic casting tape is composed by manifold layers of special made fiberglass, which was soaked by polyurethane. Polyurethane material is one kind of block copolymer which contains soft segment and it is characterize by better viscosity, fast drying time, high rigidness and light weight. Dure to better biocompatibility, polyurethane is widely used in medical fields. First, put a cotton cover on the fixed part and wrap the cotton.2. The doctor brings medical gloves.3. Select the appropriate size bandage to open the package.4. Soak the bandage at room temperature (21~24°C) for about 4~6 seconds and squeeze it 2~3 times. After taking out, squeeze out too much water. The curing time of the bandage is directly related to the water temperature, the water temperature is high, the curing time is short, and the water temperature is low and the curing time is long. If the water temperature exceeds 27 ° C, the curing time will be shorter.5. The bandage in the affected part spirally wrapped, wrapped around 1/2~2/3, the tightness of the winding should be moderate, if too loose will weaken the adhesive force of the bandage, too tight will affect the blood circulation of the affected part.6. The strength of the bandage is related to the number of overlapping layers. According to the actual needs, the non-bearing parts overlap with 3~4 layers, and the load-bearing parts overlap 5~6 layers.7. When it is necessary to increase the product, it is necessary to ensure the adhesion between the layers of the product.
