The machine size of the economical adult pull-up pants machine is 32m*8.6m*6m(based on the product provided by the client) and the machine weight is 90 tons approximately. This machine adopts servo control and is equipped with program system, tension system, driven system, safety system, packing system, and web guiding system. Not only does it have a high production rate, but its waste rate is also very low. Its design speed is 250pcs per minute and stable work speed is 200pcs per minute. Meanwhile, its rejection reached only ≤4%, excluding scrap caused by hot melt, materials splicing, or joint. It is not possible to produce a large number of adult pull-up pants in a short time, and it can also reduce the cost of raw materials for enterprises.
The product structure of the economical adult pull-up pants machine is upper&lower tissue(or airlaid), cotton core(mixed with SAP),topsheet hydrophilic nonwoven, ADL, leak cuff hydrophilic nonwoven, back sheet, waistline nonwoven, waist nonwoven, waist elastic. The product size is 700 mm*800 mm and can be designed according to customer product size. This machine adopts digital number exchange, which can be easily set on the touch screen through the intelligent HMI man-machine interface.
