Automatic Capping Machine in Aluminum Tube Making Line

Product Description

Product Application NM01 is the capping machine for printed and dried aluminum tubes. Tubes are sent to capping machine where capping manipulator spin cap over the nozzle.
Tubes move into the tube slot and are inserted over mandrel by push rod. The detector switch detects the aluminum tubes on the mandrel prior to the capping station, and if tube is present, the jaw opens, plastic cap drops into the jaw and the jaw closes to hold the cap. At the same time, the jaw with the cap moves towards mandrel while mandrel rotates in the opposite direction, and the cap is screwed on tubes nozzle. The unloading plate pushes tubes into the blow tank.
