3. Reduce transportation costs: It can carry out on-site crushing of materials on the front line, which eliminates the intermediate link of material transportation from the site and then crushing, and greatly reduces the transportation cost of materials.
4. The operation is direct and effective: it can be used independently, and it can also provide a more flexible process configuration according to the customer's material types and product requirements in the process, so as to make the generation organization and logistics transshipment more direct and effective.
5. Strong adaptability and flexible configuration: For coarse and fine screening systems, it can operate independently by a single unit, or it can flexibly form a system configuration unit for joint operation.
Four. Configuration and composition:
The mobile crusher can adopt different configurations according to the characteristics, scale and finished product requirements of the processed raw materials. The main equipment includes jaw breaker, counterattack breaker, cone breaker, vibrating screen, sand making machine, heavy hammer breaker, fine crusher, etc.
It is usually composed of primary crushing station, secondary crushing and screening station, tape conveyor, etc. The crushing station at all levels is an independent working unit, which can complete its different responsibilities.
