We have complete production lines with perfect quality control system including material incoming inspection, first sample testing before mass production,input process quality control on production line and the finished product quality inspection before delivery.
Now, Let's have a detailed look at the production line.
Here is PU workshop, where the pillow core are made.
Our workers will prepare the raw material formula according to the feel, hardness and color of the pillow that customers want.
And then put the raw materials into the machine.
The machine will pour the raw materials into the pillow mould.
A pillow core can be obtained with a cooling time of several minutes.
The worker standing beside will trim the edge of the newly produced pillow core to make it have more elegant appearance.
And then put the trimmed pillow core on the side shelf for a 3 to 5 days ventilation treatment.Now we come to the tailoring workshop.
This workshop includes cutting the fabric shape and sewing pillow covers.
The cloth shape is the pattern cut by our pattern maker by measuring the size of the pillow core.
And then the pattern shape is arranged by the computer and automatic fabric cutting machine.
Then hand the pattern to the cutter to cut out large quantities of cloth with special shapes..
We can see our cutter cutting cloth.
The cut cloth will be handed to the seamer.
The seamer will do some special crafts according to the customer's requirements, such as sewing at the lock edge, button-up sewing and embroidery design.
You can get exquisite pillowcase with the exquisite craftsmanship of the workers.
If you are interested in our products, you can get a sample to test the quality first.
Our template master will customize the product according to customer's requirements. Making samples is also an essential step before the mass production.
Packaging process
This is our packaging workshop.
We can see that the workers are putting the pillow core into the inner cover and then the workers will sew the inner cover and put it into the outer cover.
This is the first step of packaging.
The second step is to put the pillow into the machine next to it.
The machine will roll the pillow in to a barrel and put into the PE bag.
The third step is to put the rolled pillows into a customized color box, and then into a large carton and then stick a barcode on the outside of the carton.
