Process characteristics: The wetting method for harmless treatment has the characteristics of fast processing speed, complete sterilization, no secondary pollution, high degree of automation, small space occupation, and low processing cost.
1. The top of the wetting machine is equipped with pressure supplement, pressure relief, exhaust, safety valve, and pressure gauge pipe opening. In order to effectively save energy, the wetting machine is equipped with an insulation layer (filled with high-temperature cotton, with a thickness of about 30mm).
2. The door opening method is: manual quick-opening door design, with a safety interlock device, which can not only meet the needs of rapid production, but also ensure the personal safety of the operators.
