Detailed Description of Truck-Mounted Concrete Pump:
The TruckMounted Concrete Pump which is produced through the cooperation with SERMAC in Italy adopted high quality components to ensure reliability and durability, such as Rothermere hydraulic pump and electric valve, Hana hydraulic distributing valve, ratio valve and safety valve in Germany. The hydraulic system is open circuit with total hydraulic controlled pump feeding and armed frame movement. It is of high reliability and durability for bad working environment.
Its cooling system has high cooling efficiency, and will not allow the temperature in hot weather of the pump feeder to exceed 60 centigrade in summer. The new S valve pump feeding system has strong feeding capacity, and its lubricating system is reasonably designed. This pump car has three ways of control, control panel, lined remote controller, and remote controller. It is easy to operate,
and is flexible, accurate, and steady in frame movement.

The Main Features of Truck-Mounted Concrete Pump:
1 4-section M-shaped boom, with fast expansion speed;
2 X-H shaped outrigger makes the pump suitable for working at narrow site;
3 Computer controlled energy saving technique achieves optimal match between engine power and pump load, saving 20% oil consumption on average;
4 Pump displacement is up to 120m3/h, with stopless regulation which can meet requirements of different working conditions;
5 Electrohydraulic coupling controlled boom vibration absorbing technique greatly prolongs service life of the boom;
6 The original SYMC special controller contributes to much more stable operation of the system;
7 The adoption of the anti-tilting control technology improves intelligent level of the pump and enhances its safety performance;
8 Electrohydraulic buffer, differential pressure induction, open loop hydraulic system full-hydraulic directional control provides for small directional control impact and high reliability;
9 Automatic retraction of concrete piston makes it easier to check or replace the piston;
10 Automatic switch-over between high and low pressure improves pumping applicability;
11 Functional parameters are displayed by color graphics dynamically; fault type is prompted; multiple automatic protections are provided.
