It is a single-component polymer repair mortar specially developed for the surface repair of high-grade concrete structures. This mortar not only has the high strength characteristics of inorganic cement-based repair mortar, but also has the excellent toughness, adhesion and crack resistance of polymer mortar.
Product Features
1. The permeability of harmful gases such as carbon dioxide and chloride to the plastering layer of this product is poor, which can prevent the carbonization of concrete and the corrosion of the internal steel bars of the concrete. Moreover, it has a good resistance to other chemical drugs, and this material is harmless to the human body.
2. This product has high strength, good plastering operability, excellent aging resistance. Its mechanical properties are similar to concrete, and it has good freeze-thaw resistance and durability.
3. High strength. Its compressive strength reaches more than 60MPa, which fully meets the surface repair of C50 ~ C60 concrete.
4. Good waterproof, impermeability and weather resistance effects.
5. It can be constructed on a damp base and in a damp environment, and can be partially rushed to repair under the condition of non-stop production.
6. It has a strong bonding force with the original concrete surface. When used in combination with the interface agent, the bonding tensile strength of its mortar is ≥3.0MPa or more, which can achieve the effect of concrete surface repair.
Scope of Application
1. It is used for the surface repair of reinforced concrete or cracked buildings, panels, load-bearing columns, beams, etc. in industrial and civil facilities, and the exterior plastering decoration of damp industrial and civil buildings.
2. It is used for the surface defect repair of high-grade concrete structures such as box girders and track slabs of high-speed railway passenger dedicated lines.
3. This product is the polymer mortar used in the "Steel Wire Rope Polymer Mortar Reinforcement Method".
4. This product is the polymer mortar used in the "Highway and Bridge Repair, Leveling and Reinforcement".

Usage Method
1. Base surface treatment: Treat the concrete base surface, remove the milk skin, cement paste surface layer or loose particles on the base surface to expose a solid base layer, and remove the surface sand, dust, grease, etc.
2. Material preparation: Calculate the water consumption according to about 25% of the powder weight, use a low-speed mixing equipment to mix for about 3 - 5min, let it stand for 2 - 3min and then mix again. Each batch of ingredients should be used up within 2 ~ 3h.
III. Construction Instructions: According to the construction requirements of the project, use a trowel to apply the prepared mortar to the repaired area. When applying, compact and smooth the surface simultaneously. It can be put into use 3 to 7 days after completion. The reference dosage is calculated as 1700kg/m3.
The shelf life is 6 months and it can be transported as general cargo.
