Material Choose the best quality of imported natural rubber, such as smoked sheet rubber and 3L natural rubber from Thailand and Malaysia, which has good elasticity, aging resistance, and will not take off layer. Meanwhile, During the process of produce rubber, we using efficient stabilizer to make rubber more environmentally friendly and no cracks. Our marine rubber airbags' material using three strands synthetic-tyre-cords whose tensile strength can be 31 KG, which make our airbags more higher bearing capacity and safety.

Airbags overall frame structure uses cross whole intertwine technology, the overall structure is more reasonable, texture clear, no juncture, high loads, more safety than lap technology(roller), more than 20% bearing capacity.

Its shape characteristics: central body cylindrical+tapered on both ends.
Cord layers: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 layers
