How to choose a suitable machine?
You can tell us the working piece material, size, and the request of machine function. We can recommend the most suitable machine according to your request.
This is the first time I buy the machine, is it easy to operate?
We can provide the operation manual or video for guiding. If you do not quite understand, online training can be provided by "Team viewer", telephone or Skype.
Can you customize the machine for me?
Yes, we provide customized solutions. While considering the cost, we will first recommend the standard configurations to you.
What is the guarantee? In case the machine break down?
We provides 2 years warranty time for Contract equipment except wearing parts and whole life maintains service; Six months for wearing parts(Blades, lens, electrode&nozzles); Six months for main parts (Spindle, laser, tube, controller, Plasma source etc). In the guarantee period, all non-human reason problems of machine or parts, we will be responsible for free maintenance or replacement of new ones with sending out in 3 working days.
How about the documents after shipment?
We will send all the documents by air after shipment. Including packing list, commercial invoice, B/L and other certificates required by you.
Delivery time?
For standard machine, it would be 7-10 working days. For non-standard machine, it would be 20-30 working days.
How is the payment?
Normally we accept T/T or L/C. If you need other terms, tell us in advance.
Do you arrange the shipment for me?
If we two parties agreed on CIF terms, we will book ship from our agent one week in advance and sent Bill of loading to you to confirm consignee information. If it is FOB OR EXW terms, clients could send us your freight forwarder information to book ship.
How is the packing?
Step 1: Water proof wrapping film with foam protection in each corner.
Step2: Solid seaworthy wood box package with steel belt.
Step3: Save space as much as possible for container loading.
