Product Description

Structural Features:
-- Paper feeding: fingerless vacuum suction, with high pressure powerful draught fan,with silencer.
-- Engine base and main machine wallplate: iron casting material, thickness of the wall plate, adopt independent speed changing box, and 3 sets universal joint transmission.
-- Diameter of main corrugated roll: ¢280mm, and are made of 48CrMo alloy steel, after hardening and tempering, inner holes fine boring, NC grinding, mid frequency quenching, surface grinding and hard chrome plated, the rigidity of surface is higher than HRC52.
-- Pressure roll diameter: ¢280mm, surface are grinding and plate chrome, cylinder control up-down, raw material is 48CrMo alloy steel, hardening and tempering
-- Glue parts: pneumatic control glue supply and glue back, diameter of the applicator glue roll : ¢242mm, surface are treated by polished and chrome plated. Electric adjusting the glue quantity.
-- Press roll adopt ¢160 cylinder control adjut the gap with corrugated roll.
-- Pre-heater roll adopt seamless steel pipe, Diameter¢402mm, are all connected with rotary joint and metal soft pipe.

capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Beijing airport directly and we
will pick you up there.
