Product Application of Continuous Carbonizing Furnace
The smokeless sawdust continuous carbonization furnace is mainly used for relative puffy coking of biomass material, the device is still using the char gasification type principle, with the advanced smoke-free environment carbonization process: the whole equipment by the gasification system (gasifier, spray tower, filter), purification system (spray tower, oil-water separator, filter), carbonized system (carbonized host, screw feeder, screw blanking) machine, cooling machine, conveyor, control system (control cabinet), the whole coking process for automation production, automation.
Continuous carbonizing furnace can carbonized the woodiness material containing carbon (below 15 mm granular size)such as: sawdust, rice husk, peanut shell, plant straw, bamboo, coconut, bark, palm shell, wood chips, date, olive waste, nut shell etc wood containing carbon materials.

Raw Material and Final Product:
Raw material: sawdust, rice husk, small wood sticks, coconut shell, palm kernel shell, peanut hulls, corn stalks, bagasse, twigs, rice husks, bamboo shavings, sorghum stalks, sunflower husks, distilled grains, corn cobs, coconut husks, coffee grounds, cotton stalks, bean stalks, dry leaves and other biomass materials, agricultural wastes.
Input raw material size need less than 15cm
Rate of raw material and final products:
According to the humidity and the density.
For low density material,suck as rice husk, sawdust, we can get 1 ton charcoal from about 3-3.5 tons raw material ,for high density raw material such as bamboo shavings, coconuts shell, palm kernel shell, We can get 1ton charcoal from about 2.5-2.7 tons material.
After carbonizing, we can make briquettes:
