The high-pressure lamination press is mainly used for furniture production,such as pressing fireproof board, the total pressure can reach 2000 tons. The frame is a tower structure with high strength and good rigidity. The equipment adopts a high-pressure water heating and cooling system, which ensures precise control of heating and cooling in the production process. The platen channel is reasonably arranged so that the hot platen warms up faster and at the same time ensures the uniform temperature. The hydraulic system adopts vane pump and high-pressure piston pump with high flow and low noise, which meets the process requirements of mold closing time and pressurizing speed.
