Wheat flour grinding plant
We specially produce Europe standard quality wheat flour grinding plant in China. We have 6 branch factories, 2 Roller mill factories, 2 Sifter factories, Cleaning system machine factory and pipes factory to become the largest flour mill supplier in China. And reach world first class standard.
This flour mill project including 6 sections.
1) Receiving Section (Pre-cleaning section)
FUNCTION:
To pre-clean the wheat in the receiving to wheat storage tank. Clean out some big impurity to protect the discharge outlet not block up when feed to flour mill. Also protect the following equipment working safely. Remove dust in the wheat. To be more cleaner in the workshop. Remove 90% big impurity and 95% dust.
2) Cleaning Section.
FUNCTION:
Further to clean out the middle and small impurity from wheat. E. G., dust, stone, magnetic material, wheat was bitten by insect and so on^
After cleaning section, wheat reach food standard. In the cleaning process, wheat will be added right moisture that suitable for next step - milling. After dampening, the finial flour will be white.
3) Milling Section
* Adopt frequency conversion roller mill or Pneumatic roller mill. Automatically adjust roller distance according to stock quantity and stock variety.
* Plan sifter, bigger sieve area and improve products' quality.
* With purifier, less bran residual, increase flour whiteness.
4) Packing Section
Our packing machine is fully automatic weighting and packing. The precision is less than 0.2%. Like 25kg/bag, the weight is not less than or no more than 50g.
5) Controlling section -- PLC SYSTEM can be selected
Automatically display raw wheat, clean wheat, flour, pollard, bran instant flowing quantity
Automatically display raw wheat, clean wheat, flour, pollard, bran instant flowing percentage.
Automatically display raw wheat, clean wheat, flour, pollard, bran addup flowing percentage in a fixed time.
With working history checking system.
With fault alarm system.
With printer.
6) All the electrical components adopt famous Brand, Such as SIMENS in German, OMRON in Japan, high Precision components
