This machine adopts world leading Italian technology:
1. All sheet metal in contact with water in the cleaning department is made of stainless steel material. The cleaning box is made of thickened stainless steel welded as a whole, with high strength and no deformation.
2. (Three pairs of brush configuration) Six 160mm diameter high-temperature resistant wire brushes+four sprays, clean the glass and fast (8-10m per minute). The first brush is equipped with two hard bristles and a cylinder for lifting.
3. The stainless steel spring can automatically adjust the thickness of the cleaning glass by 3-20mm.
4. The components and screws in contact with water in the cleaning box are made of stainless steel, copper, waterproof aluminum, nylon, and other materials, which will not rust during long-term use and are easy to maintain.
5. The glass support frame of the air drying box is uniformly welded with stainless steel, and the equipment is rust free after long-term use, which will not cause secondary glass pollution.
6. Two pairs of stainless steel wind blades, with strong wind force and good drying effect, equipped with a heating system. The unique circulating air glass drying system saves energy and has low noise (no heating required in winter, the air temperature can reach 40 degrees).
