Features:
Adopting famous opened CNC system with four axes combined action.
Adopting large span and high strength cast iron and flat bed so that the machine has a high rigidity and good property of anti-vibration.
The milling head is driven by spindle motor, and the machine adopts the transmission of synchronous belt and gear and frequency converting motor so that the machine has enough power and good rigidity.
Z-axis adopts precise ground slant rack transmission, electric double gap-eliminating structure so as to guarantee the position accuracy.
The workpiece clamping device has a special hydraulic structure so as to avoid decreasing process accuracy and unable adjustment of the workpiece due to the abrasion of the clamping blocks.
Application:
The machine is specially designed for processing the rotor parts of screw drilling stems in the oil field industry, adopting hard alloy multi-tooth cutter head, the machine can perform envelope machining of the spiral surface of the workpiece by once formed, it is the main production equipment in this industry. The machine can also mill all kinds of screws with irregular section in other industries.
