The 2BV series vacuum pump is an upgraded product based on the traditional vacuum pump in China, which adopts new technology. It adopts the coaxial direct connection design of the machine and the pump, which is highly reliable, easy to install and maintain, and has a volume of 30% less than the traditional vacuum pump. It runs smoothly, has a noise of less than 62 decibels, has self-priming capability, and is easy to operate. Because of the use of mechanical seals, leakage is eliminated. 50% of the working fluid of the steam-water separator equipped with the pump can be recycled, which reduces pollution and reduces operating costs. The pump uses a bronze impeller to improve the corrosion resistance of the pump. According to user requirements, using stainless steel, the pump will operate normally in harsh environments. Therefore, it is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, paper and steel industries.
The rotating part of 2BV, the impeller, rotates to make the working fluid form a liquid ring in the oval pump. At this time, the working fluid acts as a sealing medium, a compression medium and a cooling medium at the same time. There is no wear and no lubrication. Because the impeller is eccentric relative to the rotating liquid ring. The liquid reciprocates in the space between the blades, which sucks and compresses the pumped medium just like the movement of a piston in a cylinder. In the exhaust phase, the liquid ring gradually moves away from the wheel tyres, expelling the pumped medium from the exhaust port in the axial direction. In the suction stage, the impeller gradually moves away from the wheel tyres, sucking the pumped medium in the axial direction from the suction port. Continuous injection of supplementary liquid to compensate for the liquid carried away by the exhaust gas.
All the design features of the 2BV series make it basically maintenance-free. 100%, oil-free design, no need to use oil, and of course no need to replace oil filtering equipment. Under normal use, the bearings only need to be greased once every 5 years on average. Under normal operating conditions, 2BV mechanical seals do not need to be adjusted regularly like packing seals.
