1. The joint surfaces between the headstock and the bed, tailstock, and pallet of the 6140 ordinary lathe are manually scraped and polished, and the whole machine is strictly tested to effectively ensure the accuracy and stability of the machine tool.
2.The 6140 ordinary lathe adopts high-strength cast iron, with copper and chromium special materials added. The width of the bed rail is 400mm, and the quenching depth of the bed rail reaches 4mm, which effectively improves the wear resistance and stability of the machine tool.
3. The headstock lubrication of the 6140 ordinary lathe adopts a cycloidal pump for circulating forced lubrication. Aiming at the hot weather in the south, it ensures the cleanliness and heat dissipation characteristics of the headstock, and effectively extends the service life of bearings and gears.
4. The machine tool spindle adopts Wafangdian bearings, the spindle through hole is φ52mm, and the machine tool gears are precision ground, which effectively improves the gear hardness and reduces the noise of the machine tool.
5. The machine tool adopts domestic brand lead screws, and the nut adopts high-quality bronze alloy to ensure wear resistance and precision retention.
6. The machine tool adopts a four-station high-strength tool holder with a tool handle size of 25x25mm.
