The single blade stone block cutting equipment is controlled by PLC system and cuts stone automatically.
It is used to cut big blocks into slabs and middle size blocks. The long crossbeam of the block cutter is made of strong iron cast which provide excellent balance and ensure uniform thickness of each slab.
The blade moves along with the crossbeam within left/right and up/down. Its movement (up/down) controlled by hydraulic system.
There are three different models of the cutter who mainly differ in max. cutting size.
DL2200 is suitable for cutting the block depth as large as 950mm, while 1100mm for DL2500 and 1350mm for DL3000.

Machine will be ready in 10 - 35 days from time of ordering. It takes a little more for custom made orders.
Immediate delivery available when machine is in stock.

It depends where you are. The ocean transport takes 10 - 40 days to arrive in your port.

4. Whether the machines fit the electricity power in our country?
Yes. The machines work with industrial electricity power of 3 phase and the voltage may be different in countries like 220v, 240v, 380v, 415v, 440v, 480v, 600v, etc. Please advise your voltage so we can make it fit your power.

5. How do you deliver the machines?
Big machines are transported in 20 ft or 40 ft box container.
Small machines available for LCL (Less than Container Load).

6. What is the warranty for the machine?
One year.

7. What is the lifetime of the machine?
Normally 15 years or more if properly maintained.
