We are Direct Factory Supplier of black/white Melt Blown Non Woven Filter Material Fabrics. Our Black Melt-blown nonwovens meet BFE99 standard，applicated in disposable surgical bfe 99, pfe 99 face masks, gas filtration, clean room pocket filters ,etc.
Fiber diameter: 1-5 micrometers
Materials: High melting fat fiber polypropylene (PP) is commonly used, in addition to thermoplastic polyester materials such as PLA, PPS, PA, and elastomers.
Application areas: Air/liquid filtration materials, isolation materials, absorbent materials, mask materials, filling materials (insulation), oil absorbing materials and wiping cloths, battery separators, and other fields.

Meltblown fabric can be called the "heart" of medical surgical masks and N95 masks.
Medical surgical masks and N95 masks generally adopt a multi-layer structure, abbreviated as SMS structure: the inner and outer sides are single-layer spunbond layers (S); The middle layer is the melt blown layer (M), which is generally divided into a single layer or multiple layers.
The meltblown non-woven fabric filter material is made of randomly distributed polypropylene ultrafine fibers bonded together, with a white, flat, and soft appearance. The fiber fineness of the material is 0.5-1.0 μ m. The random distribution of fibers provides more opportunities for thermal bonding between fibers, thus making the melt-blown gas filter material have a larger specific surface area and higher porosity (≥ 75%). Through high-pressure electrostatic filtration efficiency, the product has the characteristics of low resistance, high efficiency, and high dust holding capacity.
