Brief introduction and application of the product
BK5030 CNC slotting machine is a new product designed and developed by our company. This machine tool has the function of slotting plane, forming surface and keyway. It is a cutting machine tool that realizes slotting through digital control. This machine tool adopts famous CNC system at home and abroad to realize full screen editing of Chinese prompts. The main drive adopts a crank rocker mechanism. The servo motor realizes large torque transmission through deceleration. The X and Y direction feed are servo controlled to achieve stepless speed regulation. The X direction ball screw is directly connected with the motor, and the Y direction ball screw is transmitted with the motor through synchronous belt.
The CNC indexing head or CNC rotary table can be configured according to the user's needs. The machine tool is powerful and can process keyways at different angles and directions.
The machine tool has high power, good rigidity, large precision reserves, high cost performance, long service life, and can be widely used in machine tools and automobile manufacturing, various mechanical and electrical, aerospace and other industries. It is an ideal equipment for processing keyways of various materials.
Main structural features
1. The slotting machine is controlled by KND1000MF numerical control system. Equipped with external handwheel.
2. The transmission mode is synchronous belt transmission, with low noise and high transmission power.
3. The main slotting motor is a servo motor.
4. Y-axis lead screw nut type adopts double nut preloading.
5. Perpendicularity between Z direction and Y axis ≤ 0.02mm
6. Full protection.
