Roller Pass-through Type Shot Blasting Machine is to remove the rust,strengthen and spray anti-rust film for welded workpieces before its processing.

Rolling Conveying System There is a detective roller on each side of inlet roller and output roller The full set of roller conveying system is able to work simultaneously, but aslo to work separately. 2. Shot Blasting Cabinet ZGMn 13 protection,building-block shield installation. Adopt computer simulation to determine the place of blast wheel. 3. Abrasive recycling and purifying system Installed the fault alarming system for the abrasive recycling system Purifying rate is above 99% 4. Electric control system The whole line is controlled by programmable logical controller (PLC) from Siemens Distributed controlling desks are located at suitable positions
