Jaw crusher, commonly known as jaw crusher, also known as tiger mouth, is a crusher that consists of two jaw plates of a moving jaw and a static jaw to form a crushing cavity, simulating the movement of the two jaws of animals to complete the material crushing.
1. Use and scope of application:
Jaw crushers are widely used in mine smelting, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, chemical industry and other industries, and are used for the crushing of various ores and large materials.

The jaw crusher is mainly composed of a moving jaw and a static jaw. The moving jaw swings up and down or in an arc through the eccentric shaft and other transmission mechanisms, forming an extrusion effect with the static jaw to crush the material.
Its crushing method is curved extrusion type, which drives the belt and pulley through the motor, so that the mobile jaw can do periodic crushing and excretion of materials.

The jaw crusher has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, uniform product particle size, simple adjustment, convenient material receiving, etc.
The machine has advanced structure, reasonable design, smooth operation, small vibration, low noise, and convenient maintenance.
The crushing cavity is deep and there is no dead zone, which improves the feeding capacity and output. At the same time, the energy-saving effect of the equipment is remarkable.
4. Classification and model:
According to the different structures and working methods, jaw crushers can be divided into single-swing jaw crushers and double-swing jaw crushers.
For jaw crushers of different models and specifications, the feed particle size, discharge port adjustment range and other parameters will also be different to meet the needs of different users.
