1、 Overview
SZ type bulk cement machine is mainly used for loading and unloading bulk cement and powder goods in building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, grain and other departments. The machine has the characteristics of automatic control in the whole loading process, strong process adaptability, no dust, reliable indication of full material, simple structure and low cost. The technical index has reached the international level of similar products.
2、 Bulk machine at the bottom of warehouse

2. Description
(1) The bulk machine is not suitable for materials with viscosity, corrosion and temperature higher than 150 ℃.
(2) The loading speed of SZ type bulk cement machine is determined by the conveying capacity of discharge valve and conveying equipment. In general, loading a large car, train or boat requires a lot of speed. It is about 120-300 tons / hour, and it is required that the speed of vehicles loaded with ordinary bulk machines be slower, about 60-100 tons / hour.
(3) When there is compressed air source (pressure about 0.4MPa), pneumatic valve should be selected.
(4) Special design and manufacture can be carried out for users with special needs.
(5) SZ cement bulk machine is divided into control cabinet control and button station control, and the requirements shall be specified when ordering.
(6) When ordering, the model and number of units should be indicated and the process sketch should be attached.

3. Description
(1) Rail is not included in the supply of this machine, and the user is required to provide and fix the rail by himself;
(2) The rail height difference in the same plane shall be less than or equal to 1 mm, and the height difference at the rail joint shall be less than 1 mm;
(3) The rail center distance is 1000 ± 1.5mm;
(4) A jy28-00-13 travel switch support plate is welded at 5620 mm of rail end as the limit of motion.
