Truck-O-Liner collision repair equipment is currently the most professional and best-selling commercial vehicle straightening and repair equipment in the world. Truck O Liner collision repair equipment kits consists of :
1. I-press: A UNIVERSAL STRAIGHTENING SYSTEM
The system consists of three complete straightening units each mounted on wheels and with accessories. It can easily be complemented with other Truck O Liner straightening tools such as our C-clamps and hydraulics.
2. Frame press: FRAME REPAIR SYSTEMS FOR FLOOR BEAMS
The Truck O Liner alignment system is founded on the principle of l-beams cast in the workshop floor. Combined with the Truck O Liner service pit it makes the ideal working area for straightening heavy and light trucks, trailers and buses.
3. Cab tower: collision repair of higher commercial vehicles and cabs
In order to straighten higher vehicle units and bodies, the existing JOSAM frame press equipment can be extended with towers. The press and counterstay trolleys normally used for frame straightening become the base for the cab towers.
4. Cab bench: cab repair for all brands of truck cabs
The Truck O Liner cab bench consists of a rigid base which is anchored to beams in the workshop floor. Movable mounting points make it easier to mount even severely damaged cabs. The cab is pushed and pulled into its correct horizontal position with the help of two movable hydraulic rams and special fixtures.
