when the drum rotating in reversed direction, the beans will be discharged. There is a cooling try in the outlet, which can help the roasted beans cool down quickly. The material of the drum is good quality stainless steel, durable and easy to clean.
Features of the machine:
1.It adopts intelligent control process which is featured automatic ignition, timing, temperature control, constant temperature, temperature digital display and step less speed regulation for roaster running.
2.The installation of tailor made spiral lain on the internal wall of the roaster ensures evenly roasting without leakage and quick discharge of the beans, it is in line with the requirement of GMP.
3.The material is good quality stainless steel, clean and healthy, and can well anti-rust and corrosion. The machine is with a fast cooling try, which can cool down the roasted coffee beans in short time.
4.It installs the Lampblack emissions fans, so it can be harmonious with sanitary environmental.
5.The machine has four wheels in the bottom, so it can be moved conveniently.
6.With the high strength heat resistant glass, you can see the coffee beans clearly. There is also a sampling hand in the machine, you can take some beans out and observe the roasting degree.
7.The machine adopts the infrared warming light to save energy.
Application:
It is suitable in coffee house, west restaurant, cocoa roasting factory and lab. Infrared heating, the temperature can be adjustable. When roasting, you can see the change of cocoa bean at any time.
Special design cooling system, the cocoa bean can be cooled in 3 minutes. Roasting and cooling systems are separate and it can roast continuously. Stainless steel rotary drum, fast heating, it is in line with the food health standard.
